Here is a panorama view of the deck of the Shiraishi villa, slightly distorted by the fish-eye view (the deck is actually straight). This may give a better sense of what a great view it has. What you can’t tell from the photo is how peaceful it is to sit here. It makes you never want to leave; at least when you do, you get a wonderful trip through the Inland Sea. The video below shows the view you get as you leave the island, bound for Honshu and home.
